Why do you require my email address to make a purchase?
Email is an effective and reliable communication tool. We require a
valid email address with each purchase to help keep you informed on you order
status. Having your email address is another way Streichers can serve you
better. We at Streichers respect your privacy and will not provide any
personal information to others. Streichers also will not send any unsolicited
emails. During the sign-in process, you have the opportunity to be added to our

Why should I register with Streichers.com?
By registering at Streichers.com we can serve you better. Registering
will give you the ability to track your order and view the shipping status.
When you make your next purchase you wont need to enter an address or contact
information Plus, you can customize Streichers.com to your own needs. This
allows you to view previous orders and quickly place a reorder or create a wish
list for the future needs. Streichers can also store your personal information
like boot size, badge style and uniform color.
Why are items restricted?
Streichers has restricted certain purchases to the law enforcement community
and military community. Items are restricted based on state and/or federal
laws, agreements with vendors or responsible sales practices as determined by
Streichers. Exceptions are rare, but can be made on a case by case basis.

How can I purchase restricted items?
You must be a member of a law enforcement agency or military unit in order to
purchase restricted items. Streichers only ships restricted items to approved
agencies. During the checkout process of restricted items you will have the
ability to select an agency for the order to be shipped to. If your agency
isnt already listed, click here and begin our
agency approval process.
How do I get agency approval?
Its an easy 3 step process.

First fill in the required information on our Agency Approval Request page and
submit the application over the web.

Second, Streichers will review the application and respond within 2 business
days.

Third, once we have approved the application, log into Streichers.com with your
id and password and begin ordering.
Once an agency is approved they are able to customize a site for your needs,
input and save uniform information, Blackington Badge numbers and requirements,
light bar specs. and other information. Agencies will also be able to approve
their own officers. This will allow them to order any restricted items as well
as charge items to the Agency (if they have authority or have been allotted a
uniform allowance).

I have ordered from Streicher's in the past. How do I access
my account?
Accessing your account is simple. on the back of any mailing Streicher's
has sent you, or on all of your receipts is a customer code. On
the log in screen, enter your customer code and phone
number and email address. We will use this information to
confirm your identity and send a verification email. Once you have
replied to the verification email, you can create a username and password you
are able to access your account.
Why am I charged sales tax on my order?
Streichers collects sales tax for orders shipped to ten states
(Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Indiana, Illinois, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and California).
Approved agencies in all states do not pay sales tax.
How do I check the status of an order?
Log into your account and click order status.
How do I change my user information?
For individuals, log into your account and click My Account. Then click Update
my Info and change what you need to. Agencies will have restricted access and
cannot update address or contact information online. Please call our hotline
and we will review and change agency information.

Where does Streichers ship to?
Streichers will ship to any US state and some US colonies like Puerto Rico and Guam. We also ship to Any APO address. For our
complete shipping policies, click here. Our standard shipping is UPS ground
(5-7 day delivery). We also have 3-day Select, 2nd day Air, and Next Day Air
service available for an additional charge. International shipments will be
delivered by the US Postal Service.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it via insured
parcel post or UPS within 30 days of receipt for a refund (minus shipping and
handling). If you return items after 30 days, a store credit will be issued on
your account which you can use against future purchases. Refunds/Credit will
only be issued for items which are in new condition. If the item has been used
and is not defective, Streichers will not accept it and it will be returned to
you. If you are returning a product for any reason, please download and fill
out our Return and Exchange form.

Our showrooms are open from 9am through 6pm, Monday-Friday, Central Standard
